C. Shell Chakra Balancing Energy Kit

This kit includes the beautifully colored purple, orange, red, and yellow seashells that are placed on and around the client during this ceremonial massage. Course content includes chakras, energy fields, energy sensing, and the use of color. Topics include the affect of anger and other negative emotions on energy fields. Students will practice several methods of perceiving and balancing chakras.

The instruction guide includes information on the Chakra energy system, the uses for each shell in energy healing and massage, how to improve your intuitive skills and shows sample layouts of shells for a variety of situations. The book also discusses balancing techniques, how to incorporate massage, music and aromatherapy.
