This is the Seven Metals CD by Benjamin Iobst. A sound pioneer and bodywork therapist since 1970, this remarkable recording features 25 Tibetan singing bowls, bamboo and metal wind chimes, and tingsha bells. The singing bowls are from the Himalayan countries of Tibet, Nepal and Brutan. Their 7 metals - gold, silver, mercury, copper, iron, tin, & lead - are melted together and hammered to make these incredible sounds. Two gongs and small meditation bells, called ingsha, are heard throughout this wonderful CD.  Perfect for meditation, yoga, Reiki, and massage sessions.
