The series concludes with chapter seventeen; a game plan to increase career longevity through client retention. This Course, chapter sixteen (2 CE's) guides you through specific techniques for marketing a practice; promotion, advertising, community relations and publicity. You learn how to develop the necessary skills to evaluate the competition, assemble effective marketing materials and learn how to prepare to be interviewed by the media.
