Flex-Gel Cold Packs PSI Flex-Gel Cold Packs provide flexible cold therapy for a wide variety of applications. Larger packs have sealed sections that ensure even distribution of gel for a greater cooling area. When frozen, this water based formula forms ice crystals, which has proven to be the most effective cold therapy. If punctured, it does not stain as there are no dyes or artificial colors added. And, although not intended for ingestion, no harm will be done if accidentally ingested by either people or animals. This product is non-toxic and non-caustic. The gel section is encased in a space-age, lightweight, and durable ethylene methacrylate (EMA) that retains its softness and flexibility far below that of the gel. This allows the pack to conform to the anatomy of the treated area for maximum client comfort. While the packs are self-insulating, which helps minimizes the risk of frostbite or tissue damage, we recommend the use a barrier between the skin and the very cold temperatures of the pack. This product is non-toxic and non-caustic.

Cautions:
Although Flex-Gel is self-insulating, using a cloth "barrier" between the skin and the gel pack is advised.
Lay flat in freezer between uses.
Store between +12ฐ and -6ฐF.
Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours prior to use.
Clean with soapy water or 70% Glutaraldehyde of Isopropyl Alcohol.
Do not steam sterilize.
Not intended for ingestion, but not considered to be harmful if accidentally ingested by either people or animals.
