Our Herbal Neck Wraps have therapeutic moist heat that can be used to help alleviate the discomfort of sore throats, earaches, arthritis, cold hands and feet, sinus problems, menstrual cramps, and back pain. Place in microwave for 2-4 minutes. Or, for cold treatments, place in the freezer for 1-2 hours prior to use. Always check the temperature to avoid extremes that might harm the skin.
