These Nelly Herbal Packs are great gifts for family & friends. Filled with 100% natural materials, the scents of lavender and chamomile help you relax, and their therapeutic moist heat can be used to help alleviate the discomfort of sore throats, earaches, arthritis, cold hands or feet, sinus problems, menstrual cramps, and back pain.  To create a cooling compress, simple place in sealed bag in the freezer until chilled. For a warm compress place your Nelly Pack it in the microwave for 2-4 minutes (microwaves may vary, adjust time accrodingly, and start with less cook time). For Cold therapy place your Nelly Pack  in freezer bag and then in the freezer for 1-2 hours and apply as needed. One Size Fits All!
