- Recommended Use:
Add 10 drops of Narayan Oil to a warm footbath and soak your feet for 5 minutes. Then simply wrap your feet in a cold wet towel for another 5 minutes: your feet will feel alive! The same treatment can be used anywhere on the body with ice towels. Rub the body down with Narayan Oil and cover with an ice towel.
