Virtually unbreakable, weighs one pound, use anywhere; has 2 interchangeable attachments (3rd attachment - foam roller Item #230-0392 -  sold separately) -  for different maladies, an Instructional DVD and a 10-year warranty on the frame.  Made in Maine.  Designed by a Sports Massage Therapist.

Thousands of professionals like yourself world wide depend on Armaid daily to quickly release tight muscles and tendons of the forearm, wrist, hand and elbow that cause tendonitis and RSI. “We want you arm-and-hand healthy.”™

Armaid Therapist Self Care Massage Tool

I was skeptical about purchasing Armaid because of the price. Is it really worth it? I wondered. It is absolutely worth it! Ive been an LMT for 8 years and am starting to have some arm and hand trouble. I use Armaid several times a week and it has helped tremendously. When I think of all of the money I might have to spend on arm and hand therapy sessions I am so grateful to have this product to use for regular self care.

Armaid Therapist Self Care Massage Tool

I LOVE THE ARM AID! I am a massage thereapist and have had days/nights where I was in a lot of pain and this product enabled me to continue on with my practice easily. I have also purchased the product for a few of my clients who are crafters and/or use their arms, wrists, and hands very regularly and they just love it as well!

Armaid Therapist Self Care Massage Tool

This item isn't terribly convenient to use, or very comfortable. I don't feel it was worth the price so I tried to call Massage Warehouse to return it. They took a message and said customer service would call me back within 24 hours to discuss it. That was 3 days ago.

Armaid Therapist Self Care Massage Tool

I just got my armaid in the mail a couple days ago, and I'm telling you, this product is SERIOUS for those that want and need some good forearm work. I thought I would have to spend my entire career worrying about getting massaged every couple weeks because of how bad my forearms were getting, but armaid came to the rescue. Just strap it to your thigh, put your arm between the foam and ball rollers and go away at your flexors and extensors like no tomorrow. Use it a couple times a day for a couple minutes and you'll begin to immediately FEEL the change going on in your muscles. :)
