I got this as part of the set and I'm glad I did because it's not worth buying separately. The DVD isn't horrible but there are no explanations just words on the screen and at certain points the camera doesn't show what she is doing. I agree with the previous review that you can find more detailed videos on you tube. I like the music and when I practiced I did find it easy to have playing while giving the massage but I would have liked a more detailed explanation on certain techniques. Favorite part was the detail work you could do on the back and neck.

Don't waste your money!
Bamboo Fusion Table Version Dvd
What a disappointment this dvd was! The instructor never said a word during the whole 45 minutes. And it just demonstrated the most basic relaxation massage and that even an amateur could come up with. Go to youtube and search bamboo massage for plenty of videos that go much further in-depth with techniques. This is a waste of time and money!
