Great pillow

This pillow saves me a bunch in chiropractic visits. Since getting this pillow I go half as much!! The reason I gave it 4 stars is because I have to buy 2 at a time because they only last me about 6 months. They are very firm to start with then breakdown. I'm able to use one side then the other even though they are different heights.

Great support

This is a great pillow for those in need of neck support. I can't sleep w/o one!! I go back and forth between the firm and gentle. I like both for different reasons!!
