Not for everyone
These seem to be given a love or hate review from clients. The couple people that like being bonged just love it. Everyone else has a negative opinion. Even when used very gently it seems people just don't like being hit. They take the touch out of the massage and make it very impersonal and almost too rhythmic. They do seem to be a good addition or begining manipulation for serious tension. Just not for everyone.

Fabulous release, a different way
I love bongers and get them for my clients for self care. But I don't bong with them. I lie on my back and put them underneath, on either side of my spine starting at L5 and slowly move up, giving my lamina groove and all the nerves along the spine (that go to the whole body) a great release. It saves my life after a long day of work. I like them better than tennis balls because the mallets give you more control. Fabulous product, I keep a set in my luggage.

bongers
I have purchased many of these. They work great but are not as well constructed as they use to be. the spring metal pull out of the handle after a while.

Great Item!
I work in a massage office and my boss actually showed me these! I had never felt anything like them before! They really feel amazing and really wake up your body if you do them in the morning!

Bongers
I have cronic neck pain and these work wonders. I use them to pound on the sides of my neck. I can do this myself it's so easy!
