Pumps are aweful,don't work most of the time

These are good pumps. Great for oils but could use to be a bit larger for the lotions. The flow is a bit restricted on the one gallon pump to use as a refill for smaller bottles.

I hate how you can't count on the picture or description, and calling they don't know what kind is in stock.
If the pump matches others that look similar:
-it locks up (good)
-The top pops off easily (not good)
-it does not leak (i.e. via an air hole or the product hole/path)
-- come on guys, have a good standard, and tell us what we are getting --
(heck, its so bad they include the 1/2 & one gallon pic and description on the 8 oz product-in addition to the 8oz info)

Could be better...
The 1/2 gallon pump only works for oils, but not lotions or creams. If they could copy the 8oz. size and fit it to a 1/2gallon size, it would be pretty nice pump.

Description is Lacking
The description is lacking. This is the item said to be included with the bottle, but the two pics are different.
As for the description. Show me a desctiption with the following, and I'll buy it every time: A pump that I can lock without pushing down wasting lotion every time you finish a session / travel. A pump that does not leak if the bottle gets squeezed or sits upside down.... especially if it gets left in the car during the summer.
