This pump has worked fine for me. Once it worked off and on and I think it was because of how thick the lotion I used was. Its worked ever since. Yet I actually still prefer the fisrt design that I received several years ago. Worked better and NEVER had problems. Still have even.

Not as rugged as they used to be. the pump mechanism is mush smaller than ones I purchased a few years ago.

these pumps aren't as well made as they used to be. I haven't bought in four years.

Could be slightly better

I like the convenience of a new pump when I have a new bottle of oil, unfortunately even the 1/2 gallon pump stem is actually too long, sometimes when I cut it, it becomes too short. I wish i was just right.

These are good pumps. Great for oils but could use to be a bit larger for the lotions. The flow is a bit restricted on the one gallon pump to use as a refill for smaller bottles.
