Nice bamboo set but DVD left me wanting

Chair Bamboo Stick Set W/ Chair Version DVD

The set of Bamboo sticks are nice, and do relieve pressure and strain of traditional chair massage, but the DVD left much to be desired. I don't know how they can call it an instructional DVD when there are no verbal instructions. You basically just watch the creator go through a chair massage at full speed with no breakdown. Very disappointed with the DVD.
