I've owned this chair for approx 6 yrs now, and it's still great. I really love the rolling carry case, it makes transporting soooo easy. Clients really like that it's comfortable yet easy to get up & down from.

I and my clients have all loved this chair - most of my clients drift off quickly in it, so I'm not sure about the "feeling unsafe" comment...? The armrest has several adjustments. On one hand I wish the seat adjusted, but really it's centered to put the client's weight in good balance between the chair's legs while not shifting too much of the client's weight to their knees while keeping the client's low back in good reach (for good/safe pressure during massage).

This chair chair is the best. Adjusts quickly and easily for your clients. More time giving massage, less time worrying about getting them comfortable in the Chair

For a product that boasts 'infinetly adjustable' you could image my disappointment that there are no seat height adjustments and the arm rest only has two functional positions and neither one of them have proven to be comfortable to my clients. Because of the lack of seat adjustments, clients don't always feel supported properly by the chest piece, no matter how we've tried to adjust it. The narrow spacing of the supports that run under the seat make this a very 'wobbly' chair for deep tissue work and clients feel 'unsafe.' The only thing that made me decide to give it 3 stars instead of 2 is the fact that the cusions are remarkably comfortable. I'm still on the fence of returning this chair and going through a different brand. :(
