I would give this 5 stars if they lasted longer. Heavy patients with extreme head forward posture do slide through. Everyone else loves it. If you are a serious therapist owning more than one face cradle is a must anyway. We have bought 6 of these and when they break Earthlite has always been happy to stand behind their product and replace them for free. I recommend them.

alleviated complaints from clients about an uncomfortable face cradle. Many said it was much more comfortable.

This face cradle lasted about 2 years for me, and then the adjustment mechanism stripped and no longer holds its position when the client's face is in the cradle. Client's also experience their faces sliding through the opening in the cradle. It's disheartening to spend this much on a a face cradle only to have it last for such a short time.
