Good overall
EarthLite Caress™ Self-Adjusting Face Cradle
None of my clients have a problem with the size, despite reviews I've read. It has a comfortable cushion and gives good uniformed support. I deducted one star because it doesn't pivot as nicely as I'd like.

Last for about 2,000 hrs of use
EarthLite Caress™ Self-Adjusting Face Cradle
I would give this 5 stars if they lasted longer. Heavy patients with extreme head forward posture do slide through. Everyone else loves it. If you are a serious therapist owning more than one face cradle is a must anyway. We have bought 6 of these and when they break Earthlite has always been happy to stand behind their product and replace them for free. I recommend them.

Expensive and unreliable
EarthLite Caress™ Self-Adjusting Face Cradle
This face cradle lasted about 2 years for me, and then the adjustment mechanism stripped and no longer holds its position when the client's face is in the cradle.
Client's also experience their faces sliding through the opening in the cradle.
It's disheartening to spend this much on a a face cradle only to have it last for such a short time.

Short life
EarthLite Caress™ Self-Adjusting Face Cradle
I bought this face rest about 2 years ago and have loved it... alas, the adjustment piece that keeps it locked into place has stripped. I use it alot and adjust it quite a bit, but it seems that it should have laste4d longer than 2 years. Especially for the ticket price!!! Also, clients with smaller heads would fal through no matter what adjustments I made to it. Bottom line: I wont buy another one

Too narrow
EarthLite Caress™ Self-Adjusting Face Cradle
I had to return it as it didn't fit my "Living Earth Crafts" table. The inserts were about 2 inches too narrow to fit in my table. So sad It's a great idea, it just needs to be able to adjust to be wider.
