I have had this face cradle for over 2 years and have never had a problem with it. It is very easy to adjust and I love how I always get a perfect fit for my clients!

Doesn't last long

I've been a massage therapist for 18 years, and have always bought Earthlite. Unfortunately, it seems that the quality of their products is diminishing. I've bought two of these face cradles in six months. The plastic simply breaks apart. I'm moving on to a different company.
