How to troubleshoot if you think the warmer is not getting warm.
The warmer may appear to be not working if it is lying on the massage table without any covering. The heat from the warmer is activated when covered by a blanket or sheet, or a body when getting a massage. The best way to test it is to turn on the warmer, and lay down on top of it. Within a couple of minutes, you should feel the warmth. If you do not feel the warmth, please contact our customer service department for further instruction.

The table warmer is ok. I find the digital controller very difficult to work with by I do like it. Now that I've gotten it to work.

I had to send the warmer back. No where in the specs did it mention that the warmer was for a rectangular table only. I have contoured professional table that this warmer does not accomodate.

This warmer states that it is not weight sensitive but when I turn it on for the table to be warm when my client first gets in it, it is only luke warm to the touch. It is not 135 degrees like it claims. Also, the time is from 5 to 99 minute heat. Having to remember to turn it on over and over is an inconvenience to the practitioner working 8-10 hours a day.

This is truely the best table warmer I have ever had! The others do not compare when it comes to heat, or thickness of the actual warmer. I have had mine for over 2 years now, and I use it every other day for 8 hours, every day! Still working strong!

Loved it but it didn't last for more than 1 year..How long should it last on the average use?

Nice while it lasted

Echo previous comment. The stupid thing broke less than one year. Obviously there is an issue with the LCD screen. For this type of money, I would expect more than a one year warranty.

Great while it works - which is not long

I purchased this product - and had to return it in a week because the digital controls broke. I got a replacement - worked well for 3 or 4 months - then controls stopped working again. Just an on/off switch would be preferable to an LCD.
