Underwhelmed

I purchased this hanging armrest because I thought it would be an upgrade much appreciated by clients that preferred having their arms off the table at times. Luke warm reception by clients. I'm thinkin' it was a waste of $$$. Plus it kinda' gets in the way....another thing to deal with when removing headrest after client flips face up. If I had it to do again I would skip the purchase.

Disappointed buy

I was wanting to purchase the Bolster side Arms and thought the hanging armrest was a bonus.
