I'm not sure if this is the new formula or the old formula, but i don't like it for my fine textured, tightly coiled hair. i purchased the litre and it cleaned my hair to the point of stripping it dry. it left my hair in a mess of tangles. smells great though and now it's a grapefruit-y shower gel.
