Have enjoyed my hot towel cabi. A very good addition to my practice also heats a few stones for spot treatment and warming hands prior to touching the client.

This one is a keeper. I purchased lower priced cabinet from another source, but had to return it because of poor quality and scorching my towels. This cabinet is great. As one reviewer said the drip tray is difficult to remove and replace. When I wash my towels I use a reduced final spin. The towels are barely wet so very little moisture gets to the drip tray. They don't have to be wet, just hot. I also lay the towels flat in the rack instead of rolling them, so I get 12-13 regular sized hand towels in the cabinet.

LOVE this product!

I've worked in a couple different spas that always had this particular hot towel cabinet so when I opened my own office I HAD to have this product for my practice! I use a portable massage table, and it's the perfect size to fit underneath my table so I don't have to use counter space. It does take some time to heat up, but once it's heated, it keeps my towels at the perfect temperature. I also use it to quickly reheat hot stones during my massages so I can reuse my stones. Overall, it's a fantastic product!

Good Buy/Investment

I've owned mine for 10 months now. NO regrets purchasing this one. Takes a good few hours to get steaming hot, but once it does, it's great! I haven't had any problems with it. The design for reservoir that collects the condensation could be designed better for easier emptying/reattaching. I'd been wanting this item for some time and knew it never goes on sale. But when I received one of MW's 10-15% emails I bought this.
