Knobble Massage Tool

About the size of a large mushroom, the "cap" is held in the palm of the hand, and the smoothly rounded stem is used to apply pressure to trigger points in soft tissue. Some gentle kneading motion with the Knobble or slow movement of the part of the body being massaged may be helpful. Where ever your trouble spot, this all wooden tool will help release that painful pressure you may have in your back, neck, shoulders, and muscles throughout the day. Give yourself or a friend a quick massage and then easily store it in a drawer. Perfect gift for anyone.

Recommended Use:
  • Used for trigger point therapy to help save the thumbs from pressure
  • Hit trigger points on your own or when on the go

Knobble Massage Tool

I have been looking for a great massage tool, something reliable to use in many areas. There are many ways to use it. It comes with a card that shows many ways to use it for broad areas or more direct areas. It's great and easy to use and saves my thumbs from alot of pain. Excellent tool for deep tissue work.

Knobble Massage Tool

I've had a knock-off Knobble for awhile now and really love it. I ordered this one so that I would have a backup. I was disappointed to find it had some sort of glaze on the outside of it rather than just being the raw wood. The wide end that fits into my palm is super smooth, but unfortunately the pokey end has a very slight texture due to the glaze. I'm hoping with use it will smooth out, or I will try using a very fine sand paper to smooth it myself. Lame.

I love this tool! It really gives my fingers a break. And it feels good on the body.
