this face rest pad does not leave marks on my clients faces and they do not experience any uncomfort - even if they have been prone for 90 minutes! In my opinion it only has two flaws. 1. it is shaped differently than the face rest pad that came with my table and therefore the face rest covers do not easily go on. 2. the physical shape is odd, and I have to squish it together to get the right angle for my clients faces which put undue strain on the velcro... I will post again if the velcro begins to come off the pad, but as for right now I just remove the entire contraption when clients are supine.

I recently bought a Kur memory foam face rest pad and was very disappointed. I have bought 2 in the past and never had any problems. The new one was very flat and the foam was hard. There was a huge difference from the previous ones I had purchased.

Love it

I have had only positive reviews with this face rest, a lot more comfortable than standard face rests. Regular covers fit fine and cover easily washable. The only downfall was the product info said it came with 2 covers, I only received 1

This is the best investment I've made into my table so far! I tossed out my old vinal face cover and use this in it's place EVERY TIME for every client. Super soft, like sleeping on a cloud!! No more facial pain when rolling over. My clients have told me that they no longer get nearly as stuffed up as they used to with the older face rest.
