We have used this product for our detoxifying body wrap for years, washing removing it with warm towels at the end of processing andl then massaging in lotion. I had it done a little differently this time : mixed product with massage lotion and lavender oil and applied, wrapped with heat 30 min. The final step was to massage remaining product mixture into the skin. I had no pain the next day!
