The author also provides tips and exam taking strategies for you. Each book has eight multiple choice questions per page, with the answers on the same page in order to make your review as efficient as possible. The questions are compatible with all state exams, both of the National Certification Exams, and the MBLEx.
The audio CD?s are a supplementary tool to be used in conjunction with the Q & A Study Guides. The four hour audio CD package contained on 3 CDs is designed to provide massage therapy students and examination candidates with an auditory learning experience. The questions are compatible with all state exams, the MBLEx, and both of the National Certification Examinations.
The audio CDs are enhanced with Super learning music, which is specifically designed to aid in learning the material and retaining what you have learned. The author suggests listening to the CDs during any available time, including while commuting to school or work, but she especially recommends the learning that takes place while listening just before going to sleep, while sleeping, and just prior to getting up in the morning. You will learn and retain information more efficiently while the brain is in a relaxed state.
There are 18 chapters on the 3 CDs. The format is not multiple choice. Instead, the question is given first, there is a short pause, and then the answer is given. Please note that the audio CD's are copy protected and therefore cannot be converted to audio files for MP3 players and I-Pods. Please also note that they are designed for use with music CD players and they may not play on all computer CD drives.

Michelle Phillips is a licensed massage therapist in Florida and Texas and is nationally certified. She has also taken and passed the MBLEx exam. While in training, Michelle recognized that students needed a more effective study guide to help in preparation for therapeutic massage examinations.
