not so happy

While the size was everything it promised to be, the zipper has already broken and the bag is now unusable. Have only had for a short time and I am very disappointed. Why sell a product that won't last? My previous case lasted 12+ years & would still be a good one if a new puppy had not decided to chew a hole in it. Makes me want to sew a patch on the old one & keep it.

Way better than my old earthlight case! padded shoulder strap and reinforced bottom are a huge plus.

I purchase this case it had a great appearance, but wasn't strong when i lift it after 3 times the whole handle part snapped ..i guess with this product you had better buy also a wheel cart to.
