Easy to put together, rolls easily from wood floor to rug & over thresholds between rooms. Comfortable to sit in. Quality seems par for other chairs of this type (plastic base instead of metal). Good value

This is a great stool, especially for the price. I have had one for 2 years and just ordered another for another location. The older one is broken in but still works great. I use them alot!

This stool was ordered as a present and it came fast and quickly. Shipping was great! The product itself is wonderful. the leather is soft and supple and yet will withstand anything. It is beautiful. the height adjustment is perfect and works easily. The product is a great value for chair that would seem to cost alot more then it does. Quality and durable equipment anyone would be proud to own.

I really wanted to love this chair. Sadly the chair is too high to use if your table is low, it can not be set as low as 17" from the floor as noted. Also the cushion is "crunchy" feeling. Trying to return this item is a bigger issue. Customer service is unresponsive. You have to contact them for a return authorization number by leaving a message with your phone number or via mail. I've done both and have been waiting for them to be back to me for a week now. *sigh*
