Very comfortable. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is that it falls off the frame when not in use. Otherwise, buy this face rest!

I got one of these with my Nova ABC System table from Oakworks. It has gotten great reviews from my clients who love the comfort of it. I ordered another for a spare. The standard headrest is very hard compared to this one. If given a choice, none of my clients want to use the standard one.

Surprisingly supportive for something that is so soft. Definitely puts less sinus pressure out than a regular face cradle. My only gripe is how extremely heavy this thing is- it will actually rip itself right off and drop to the floor if I try to let it hang from the quick lock the way I would with my old face cradle. I wish they would have provided some heavy duty Velcro to help counteract this. Aside from that I'm very happy and my clients are really enjoying it.

It's a very soft & cushy (if that's a word). My clients like it much better than the others that I've had. I would suggest it. I've only used basic face rests in the past. I would buy this one again.
