nice table but creaks!

April 05, 2011
Oakworks Powerline Treatment Table with Shelf

I bought one of these tables and they look great, feel study, but creak when even the smallest person sits on them. The problem is that it is missing supports in the center (another brand table I have has two supports and no creaking problem. A call to the manufacturer to mention the problem got no response. It's a wonder the manufacturer never noticed this problem. This table has everything going for it but the creaking - which makes it sound like you'll end up on the floor. If you don't mind the noise or are willing to put the support in yourself you'll like this table.
