Oakworks® Premium Heated Fleece Pad

Loved it at first-did last for 3 seasons but then it would not turn on, then controller got stuck and now won't heat up. I called Oakworks-they were useless. They said that they do not make them and will not gurarantee them more than a year. I think a product should last for more than 18 months- it was an expensive product with a good name!asically 18months

Loved Until...

Oakworks® Premium Heated Fleece Pad

Loved this warmer for the first year. I bought this while still in school and didn't start using it with any real frequency till I'd already owned it about six months. Even then I only work occasionally and in a busy month might see three clients. All that to explain that this warmer wasn't getting frequent, high-volume usage. It stayed unrolled, on my table in between sessions so there was no crimping and breaking of the wiring. One day it stopped working - then the next time I was in it came back on. We thought the problem was in the wall socket and had that tested. Found no problem there so can only determine problem lies in the warmer. It's out of warranty so unfortunately I can't send it back. Just don't feel that I used it enough to justify it wearing out already.
