nice quality, but not for tall people

I was pleased to see the great quality of this product when it arrived, however when put to use I realized quickly it is much to short for anyone over 5'8", or with a long torso. I'm 5'8", and I could uncomfortably deal with lying on the table with this bolster. It is too short to make my neck feel supported, putting my neck into slight hyperextension. When I tried it on a 5'9" pregnant client, she couldn't take it at all. No matter how I tried to support her neck with additional propping, she felt her neck was overextended. Unfortunately, I will be returning this item, because I can't see having one bolster for short clients, and finding another for tall clients.
