It was ok

The DVD was ok. It wasn't what I was expecting therefore wasn't beneficial to me. The speaker was good and full of knowledge but did an entirely different facelift massage than I had received from a spa. When I called to return the DVD, customer service told me they don't accept returns for DVDs or CDs so now I'm out about $40.

The technique was clear and easy to see on the dvd. All the steps were explained throughly. I have used this technique with great success. It really works!

I was completely unsatisfied with this product, even more with the manufacturer's customer service. I was unable to view this dvd b/c it wouldn't play on in my dvd player or on my laptop. I paid my money for it and can't get my money back b/c they don't do refunds. I would not recommend anyone waste their money & buy this dvd!!
