Roleo Therapeutic Arm Massager

A fantastic self-care tool. The Roleo Therapeutic Arm Massager provides relief for wrist, hand and forearm pain. A non-surgical breakthrough in the treatment of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) and Repetitive Stress Injuries (RSI). Simply insert your hand through the soft rollers, adjust the tension and using a push and pull motion, gently massage your forearm and wrists.

This works wonderfully - great self-care product. I use it daily to keep my forearms loose between my bi-weekly massages. A real help.

Serves its purpose.

This device was suggested to me by my massage therapist for my tight forearm extensor muscles. It doesn't eliminate the occasional need for massage therapy, but it does help to further relax my forearm after using heat. I then follow up with ice. I've had no problem with the tension strength.

This is wonderful for daily self massage without wearing out your other hand. All the way tight gives pressure to fingers and palm. All the way loose is fine for my forearms. Great price. I'll get one for my beautician friends too.

not worth it

Waste of money unless you are using it on a baby arm. The springs are not strong enough and the adjuster moves by itself.

Very effective deep tissue work for forearms and hands. You can adjust the tension of the springs with the red knob. Suggestion: work slowly with this. Slow affects the fascia, fast affects the contractile tissue, i.e muscle. I ask you: if the fascia is congealed where is the contractile tissue to go when it's been released?!? Anyway, great product.

Great idea but springs are too flimsy, giving uneven pressure. The pressure is not firm enough for deep work. Not effective for carpal tunnel.
