I love to use this oil during massage; whether it's deep tissue & therapeutic or relaxation. My clients love the fragrance and it helps with muscle pain. I've even used in on myself for low back problems. Massaging the oil on the problem area and then applying a cold pack, helped tremendously! I would highly recommend it.
