This item is pretty awesome and I'd say worth the money. At first I was somewhat skeptical but I have no regrets buying it. I'm glad I did. We just got it in the mail yesterday and both me and my boyfriend have already used it each twice when we get in bed.

I love to be able to give consistent acupressure for my clients as I work their arms and legs! The only reason why I did 4 stars instead of 5 is because it slips a little on the massage table surface.

I bought this as an experiment to see if it really could ease tension in my head and neck. From what I can tell it makes a difference in head positioning but I still am not convinced of how effective it is at relieving tension.
