Great Value for the price. The matt comes with a carrying case as does the bolsters. Lightweight, easy to transport, firm matt with a lot of padding, very comfortable and the patterns are beautiful.

not worth it!

This mat may be average size but the added height makes me feel like I'm too far off the ground. I just gave someone who was 5'10" a thai massage and he just barely fit on the mat. I was off the mat whenever i worked on his feet/head and the 2" height difference made keeping proper body mechanics very difficult. I guess I should mention I'm 4'11". I really do not like this mat and will be sending it back for a refund come Monday AM. I guess it was worth the shipping to try it our but it's not for me.
