TheraBand® Pro-Series Exercise Balls are used to strengthen muscles, to improve posture and help prevent back pain. TheraBand® Exercise Balls increase flexibility and coordination, and help develop strength. Each ball is constructed of high-quality vinyl with latitudinal ribs for easier grasping. I'm a big 250+ (fluffy) girl, and I was really insecure about purchasing one of these to use in my practice... but I did and I LOVE IT!!!! No fear and no worries any more!

Q: i have planyers faciatist i am looking for a rubber hard supper ball to roll on the bottom of my foot will these be hard enough?
