TheraCane

We all have muscles that occasionally get sore. It might go unnoticed until we reach for something, or bend over. Sometimes a twist or turn is all it takes. This might produce a crick in your neck or a hot spot between your shoulder blades. Either way it can hurt or it just won't seem to go away. We've all tried rubbing the muscle to make the pain lessen. However, it's hard to get in deep enough, or do it long enough; maybe you just can't reach the spot on your own. With the TheraCane you can apply deep pressure massage to the back, neck, shoulders, legs, hips, arms, buttocks, anywhere and everywhere. Includes an instructional booklet. Available in green only.

Cleaning Instructions:

Wipe TheraCane with a damp cloth when necessary.

I purchased the TheraCane on the recommendation of my massage therapist to help with neck and shoulder tension. It really works! I showed it to my sister when she was visiting and she loved it so much that I gave it to her and ordered another. We both suffer from migraines and this is a big help.

This is an amazing self care tool and I use it almost daily. The booklet included is filled with pages of different techniques. My whole family uses it - Definitely an investment!

These are absolutely the best things to have onhand when an unreachable muscle is hurting and no one is around to give you a hand, literally. Clients need to be warned not to over-do it and bruise themselves.

I was very impressed with this cane. It is pretty big and weighs about 3-5 lbs. I used it right away and was impressed with how deep you can penetrate your own muscles!
