Worked ok for 3 to 4 years

I had this product for 3 to 4 years before it died. I used it alot with clients to warm up sore areas. It would often over heat beyond the temperature setting, so I really needed to watch it. Often it would heat up and then I would have to unplug it, but it did serve its purpose most of the time. Moist heat was really nice -much more penetrating than dry electric heat.
