I saw the review about the man who is over 6' tall and since he said his wife put this on with no wiggle room, I bought it. However, it's so big it falls off my thumb. My dad put it on and it fit his thumb perfectly. Maybe that guy and his wife have extra large hands or thumb joints? If you're a woman, don't order this.

awesome TP tool

I actually use the MEDIUM sized thumbsaver, although I have the LARGE one too, I've come to find the MED sized one is just more comfortable. The item fits on your thumb, as shown in the picture and it really useful when you need to get really deep. I mainly use it to go through trigger points around the top of the trap, in the levator scapula and through the supraspinatus. But the clients never notice when I put it on and when I take it off. Really discreet and easy to throw in your pocket, easy to clean as well.

Junk

If you are a man do not waste your money on this item. I am 6'3" with decent size hands and could not get my thumb closer than 3/4" from the end. My 5'5" wife put it on and it fit her without wiggle room. I gave this item 1 star only because 0 stars was not an option.
