Works great!! I use it mainly inside my shoulder blades on those hard to reach places. The instructions could be a little more clear, I think the printer must have been running out of ink. But I've already recommended this to other people.

As a massage therapist nothing beats a hands on therapy but I highly recommend this for a quick trigger point even the feet. I am a massage therapist and reflexologist, this tool is my salvation.

Q: Does the foot reflexology part mean that you use the hook part, or is the small double protuberance on the end do the job? How many inches is that last knob, parellel with the long straight cane part, from the main body of the cane?
