Clogs up but can be fixed

Sooner or later the pump will clog up and appear to no longer work. I have unclogged mine many times by taking it out of the cream, wiping off excess, putting bottom into a bowl of warm water, and pumping it until it starts working again.

It Broke!

We used it once and it broke. These pumps aren't made right. The longer lotion pumps are far better.

This size is perfect for my thicker creams, I ordered 2 .. One worked & one did not. They're inexpensive, so be sure to order extra. I haven't tried to return the defective one ... We'll see how that goes.

It works but does not last

This pump works very well. I like that it takes thicker creams a lot of other pumps do not. However, I purchased four in September 2010 and by January the seal is lost so it no longer pumps. I have looked for pumps to fit the jars and found them at much higher prices but not sure they will fit the jar because they are a different style. So, for the price they are great, I just wish they would last a bit longer (maybe I work too much).
