I love my bamboo! It really does reduce strain on the wrists especially when doing deeper work. You can still palpate the tissues with the bamboo in hand. Don't forget to buy the digital moist heating pad. The 14 x 27 is a perfect fit.

The bamboo stick set is a nice addition to any massage. It comes with a basic video which gives you direction on which areas to use which sticks. When you come down to using them it is much better to have them warmed than room temp. I would recommend this product.

This set exceeded my expectations. It has changed the way I perform massage therepy. All of my clients love the heated bamboo, and ask for it. Do not be fooled, this is deep tissue without hurting your hands. It is clean and easily transported. I would recommend this modality to everyone.
