Continental US
FedEx Ground - Parcels reach most US destinations within 5 business days of shipment and includes tracking information. Depending on weather conditions and your location, your delivery may take slightly longer. We are not responsible for FedEx delays.
Two Day FedEx - Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive in 2 business days. Example: An order submitted Monday at 11:00 AM ET will arrive by Wednesday afternoon. Please note: This method requires signature confirmation.
Standard Overnight - Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive by 3:00 PM the next business day. Please note: This method requires signature confirmation.
Priority Overnight - Your shipment is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive by 10:30 AM the next business day. Please note: This method requires signature confirmation.
Saturday delivery - Saturday delivery is available using FedEx. Orders must be placed on the Friday before the desired delivery date. A $12.50 additional charge applies. Please phone in your order. Please note: This method requires signature confirmation.
White Glove Service - We offer FedEx Signature Home Delivery, Evening Home Delivery and Appointment Home Delivery. Please call customer service for a custom quote.

We ship via United States Postal Service First-Class mail. A tracking number is not provided.

Oversized / Heavy Items
A fixed charge applies to oversized and overweight items such as massage tables, chairs, hydrocollators, massage stones. The shipping charge for most portable massage tables and chairs is $35 if shipped within the continental US. Manufacturer Direct Shipping
Products with an item status of "Standard" ship directly from the manufacturer. Except for custom massage tables, which may take up to 10 business days to produce and ship, most manufactures ship their product within 24 hours. Items are shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. We can confirm the date the item was shipped and, upon request, provide you with tracking information. Please call our customer service number.
