Treatment Guide

  • Begin with client in a prone position.
  • Add Bon Vital’® Muscle Therapy Massage Oil to your hands. Apply effleurage, petrissage, compression and broadening strokes from the ankle to the knee. Repeat three times.
  • Apply stripping strokes from the ankle through the muscles of the lower leg to the knee, stopping over tender spots and holding for 8-12 seconds.
