Use the dry heat option for a soothing comforting warm treatment. Dampen the sponge insert for moist heat therapy that provides deep penetrating relief from sore, stiff muscles. This unit is designed to deliver a consistent therapeutic heat level in the recommended range and eliminate any heat spikes.
