Lots! More information, better navigation and useful features such as a Shipping Calculator, Quick Order Form, the ability to reorder products from past purchases, a wish list, top sellers, and a clearance and shop-by-brand section. Look for more useful features to be added soon.

If this is your first time purchasing something from us, you'll want to place items in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout using our secure and easy-to-use guide. Simply choose the item to purchase, click the associated "Add to Cart" button and proceed to "Checkout" from your shopping cart.
Once you've placed your first order, we'll make it even easier to order in the future as we'll have your previous billing and shipping information on file.
- Q: How can I track my order?
You can review the status of any order you have placed by clicking on Your Account. From there, you will be able to view and track your orders. You will also receive a ship confirmation email with tracking information once your package leaves our facility.
- Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
We aggressively pursue low rates with all the major carriers. For an instant shipping quote, use our handy Shipping Calculator located in the shopping cart. Just enter your destination zip code. See Shipping & Delivery for more detailed information on shipping methods and times.
- Q: When will my order ship?
Most orders for in-stock items received by Noon CST (Monday - Friday) will usually ship within 24-48 hours.
- Q: When will my backorder arrive?
Backorders are processed as quickly as the product is received by one of our many vendors. When you View Your Order, note the Estimated Ship Date.
- Q: What are your payment options?
For your convenience Scrip offers several payment options including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and “net 30” billing with approved credit. Please note that we no longer accept prepaid cards.
- Q: What is a Shopping List?
Your Shopping List is a place where you can keep track of items you may want to order in the future. You can also send your Wish List to anyone with an email address. To create a Wish List, simply log-in or register and add products to it from any item detail page.
- Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?

- Q: Do you ship internationally?
We ship most anywhere in the world. Web prices are in US currency. Please see the International Shipping and Delivery page for more information.
- Q: What is your returns policy?
Scrip guarantees satisfaction with every product we sell. If an item does not meet your expectation, you may return an item within 30 days from the date of purchase. See our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Q: How do I redeem the gift certificate I received?
Redeeming your gift certificate is easy. Just give us a call at 1-800-747-3488 or mail it with your order.
