The CanDo balls have a non-slip surface that is ribbed for extra security. The balls may be "under" inflated to give a soft, mushy feel or fully inflated for a firm, bouncy feel. CanDo Black Foam RollerCanDo Black Foam Roller

CanDo® High Density Foam Rollers

Molded composite foam rollers are perfect for positioning, balance, postural and muscle re-education, spinal stabilization, body awareness and coordination, and ranging and strengthening activities. Round rollers offer progressive exercise sequences - user can graduate from an easier (smaller diameter) to a more difficult (larger diameter) roller. Half round roller is a great tool for ankle stretching and knee rehabilitation. Diameter refers to the width of the half-round profile. The molded rollers are strong enough to be used by large adults and active children. Foam rollers are available in 36", 18" and 12" lengths with either a round (circular) or half-round (semi-circular) profile. This line of rollers is available in black. The molded composite foam rollers are more firm than the polyethylene roller and are rugged.

Its long closure strap assures a secure and comfortable fit even during the most strenuous exercise program. It features heavy-duty materials and double-stitching throughout. The Cuff exercise weights are color-coded, marked with both pounds and kilograms and have grommets for hanging on any peg-board weight rack. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I use an exercise band?

CanDo exercise bands, loops and tubing are highly effective resistance training tools that can be used to perform almost any upper or lower body exercise. Unlike free weights, dumbbells and cuff weights, exercise bands are economic, lightweight and portable. With a wide variety of resistance levels, shapes and sizes, these bands are perfect for almost any upper and lower body exercises. For more detailed exercise instructions, please see our CanDo Resistance Band Loops Exercise Tips.

CanDo® Exercise Band: The Curtsy Lunge, The Frog Push, and The Seated Row.

How heavy should ankle weights be?

Ankle cuff weights vary in heaviness to meet the unique needs of each individual and should provide the proper resistance for the chosen exercise. If you are just starting out, consider using lighter weights. Your weights should not cause excessive strain or pain to your joints or muscles, but should make the exercises more challenging. Generally speaking, experts recommend using 3 to 5 lb ankle weights maximum for walking. For targeting specific muscle groups, you can use 5 to 10 lb weights. To determine the proper weight to use, the last two repetitions of each exercise set should be difficult to complete. Before beginning any exercise program, consult your physician.

How do I clean TheraPutty?

Of course, your TheraPutty will accumulate debris from time to time. The most effective way to keep your TheraPutty clean is to make sure your hands, putty tools and work surfaces are free of dust, hair, debris and are adequately cleansed. Should debris find its way into your therapy putty, simply remove and discard. Preventively, examine your putty while stretching and kneading it; remove embedded debris as it appears. TheraPutty with antimicrobial additives resist growth of odor-causing microbes and retain the clean, non-greasy feel of the original material.

CanDo recommends separating your Theraputty into smaller plastic containers to avoid cross-contamination between patients. When not in use, be sure to place your therapy putty back into its container and seal with the provided lid.

What is theraputty made of?

Standard TheraPutty® material is made from a silicone polymer and is gluten, latex, nuts, egg and soy free.* TheraPutty is also available in antimicrobial, puff microwaveable, progressive, scented and glitter formulas.

* Information is sourced from www.fab-ent.com and deemed accurate.

How do I get TheraPutty out of my carpet or clothes?

A number of different methods will remove TheraPutty from hair, cloth fibers and fabrics. Always attempt to remove the putty by dabbing it with a larger piece of the putty itself. In many instances, the embedded putty will adhere to the larger piece. If necessary, apply a small amount of an oil-based product like WD-40, vegetable oil or even peanut butter to the stuck putty and massage to loosen. To avoid ruining your clothing, furniture or carpet, please test the oil-based product on an inconspicuous spot BEFORE freely applying. Another option is to use a piece of ice to harden the stuck putty. After hardening, scrape it away. Remove residual staining with rubbing alcohol or a gentle detergent like Woolite.
