RefectoCil® Intense Brow[n]s™ Intensify Primer, Strong Effect, 0.5 fl.oz

For a more intense make up effect and longer lasting results. The Intense Brow[n]s™ Intensifying Primer prepares the skin for even tinting. Choose the Intensifying Primer in Medium for a softer skin staining effect.

  • Lasts for up to 6 weeks
  • Dermatologically & ophthalmologically tested
  • Semi-permanent make-up effect for fuller looking brows
  • Not tested on animals

APPLICATION

  • Attach RefectoCil Silicone Pads or RefectoCil Eye protection papers with RefectoCil Skin Protection Cream & Eye Mask
  • Optionally apply RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s™ Intensifying Primer in Strong or Medium only to the eyebrows–leave on for 4 minutes and remove with dry Q-tip
  • Apply Intense Brow[n]s™ Base Gel–leave on for 2 minutes and remove with dry Q-tip
  • Apply Intense Brow[n]s™ Activator Gel–leave on for 1 minute and remove with moist cotton ball-done

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Please only use as an optional step for eyebrow tinting!
  • Please don’t mix Intensifying Primer and Base Gel
